KABRA BIKES WARRANTY CONDITIONS. (Download file clicking here)
Kabra Bikes assumes any manufacturing defect or
assembly defective by repairing or replacement of defective parts acording to
the most proportionate solution and in accordance with the following
conditions:
1. Warranty term about the correct asembling on complete
bicycles: 1 week from the date indicated on the invoice, the purchase receipt
or delivery note.
2. Warranty term about
frames against manufacturing defects that prevent product can be used normally:
6 months from the date indicated on the invoice, the purchase receipt or
delivery note.
2.1. It is not accepted as defective frame the one who shows
signs or certainty of having been subjected to abnormal or extreme use, or
whose defect derives from a hit or a dent.
2.2. Fissures caused by the natural fatigue of the material in the stress areas close to the welding can be repaired by replacing the original welding with a new and reinforced one.
2.3. Along the 6 months of warranty term, damaged
frame or defected one will be valued and the most feasible and proportionate
solution will be applied, being valid solutions repair or replace by another of the same characterisctics or equivalent one.
3. Warranty term
about forks against manufacturing defects that prevent product can be
used normally: 3 months from the date indicated on the invoice, the purchase receipt
or delivery note.
3.1. It is not accepted as defective fork the one who shows
signs or certainty of having been subjected to abnormal or extreme use, or
whose defect derives from a hit or a dent.
3.2. Fissures caused by the natural fatigue of the material in the stress areas close to the welding can be repaired by replacing the original welding with a new and reinforced one.
3.3. Along the 3 months of warranty term, damaged fork or defected one will be valued and the most feasible and proportionate solution will be applied, being valid solutions repair or replace by another of the same characterisctics or equivalent one.
4. Warranty term of the rest of parts in the bike,
diferent from Kabra Bikes brand. These guarantees shall be governed by the
warranty policy of each brand. Kabra Bikes will only be intermediary between
client and original brand.
5. The defective product will be shipped by the customer
to Kabra Bikes for making the analysis and to determine and apply a solution as
fast as possible.
6. The replaced or repaired product will be shipped by
Kabra Bikes to the customer specified adress.
7. Warranty term shall be suspended for the period of
time between the customer sends the product and received it back by having been
satisfied the incidence.
8. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is
not transferable to the next and future buyers.
9.
Unless proven
otherwise, it is presumed that the product delivered to a shop or official
distributor it's correct, so the warranty claim for defective product stored is
1 month from delivery.
10.
The warranty
does not cover in any case the replacement of parts whose wear is a result from
normal use of the bicycle. These parts are called consumables: Tires, chain,
sprockets, brake pads, discs, etc.
11. All warranty will be canceled:
11.1. If any product has been used at competition, at
extreme testing or challenges, disproportionate jumps, extreme climates, in
business or similar activities.
11.2. After carrying out modifications of the original bike
outside kabra bikes maintenance
11.3. In case of agents or external factors (natural
disasters, floods, fire, theft, etc.)
Not
accepting these conditions means that Kabra Bikes Bikes do not assume any
responsibility for product warranty.
